The Little House (110 sqm) is a funky recently constructed home. The owners have created a relaxed vibe to the house with the use of recycled bricks, wood cladding, polished concrete floors and the use of Corten steel for the fence and courtyard. The furniture is an eclectic mix of new, old and recycled. You'll also discover an outdoor stone bath in the back courtyard as well as an outdoor shower to wash of the sand from a day at the beach. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster and everything else you may need for a short or long stay. A split system in the open plan living, dining, kitchen area helps to keep the house cool or warm as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite, perfect for two couples staying together. The Little House is located in the beautiful old tree lined streets of Inverloch. There is enough parking for one car in the carport and one in the driveway. Access to the house is via keyless entry so you'll never have to worry about losing the keys! Complimentary breakfast supplies are set up for your first morning, giving you time to relax before heading out to shop. Please note parties and loud music are not allowed due to the close proximity of our neighbours. One or two small children may at times be allowed at the discretion of the owners.
